"Limited stock" indicates that fewer than 10 units of that product are available. Once sold out, we cannot guarantee immediate restocking. Price and availability are updated in real-time on the site.
The displayed delivery time starts from the moment payment is confirmed and does not include weekends or public holidays. For personalized products, the time may be extended by up to 5 working days.
A gift package includes premium wrapping, a personalized card, and optionally, a handwritten message. This service is available only for explicitly marked products and can be added to the cart before completing the order.
The return fee applies only to products returned for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects (e.g., change of preference). The cost is 15 lei and is deducted from the refunded amount. For defective products, the return is free.
